CESAR CHAVEZ
MEDIA LINKS DOCUMENTING RUN FOR CONGRESS 2016
COLBERT REPORT: CESAR CHAVEZ

WHO IS
CESAR CHAVEZ?

Early Life
Cesar Chavez was born in Detroit and into a catholic family. His mother and father were divorced before he was born. Along with his brother, he was raised by a single mother. His family moved a lot and had many different male role models. On December 23, 2014, Scott Fistler changed his name to Cesar Chavez to escape the harassment by a propaganda hate group. The hate group is believed to be responsible for putting swastikas and jewish stars made of tape on his front door. He would get death threats over the phone which he reported to police. He was the target of an assault where the perp threatened to shoot Cesar Chavez. The perp was quickly taken off the street and admitted in court he assaulted and threatened to shoot Cesar Chavez. Cesar Chavez was student of a professor who was was celebrated as a hero for helping control the first Ebola Outbreak. Cesar Chavez has a background in Math and Science and A member of the American Legion. Cesar Chavez is also a Board member of  a Rehabilitation Center.

Political Start
Chavez first dabbled in politics as a write-in candidate just to see how the election system worked.
The only way for him to run as a write-in candidate would be as a candidate with another party that had no candidates. When he ran as Scott Fistler for Phoenix City Council he was constantly being berated about his last name comparisons to Hitler and other insensitive stuff. Scott Fistler changed his name to Cesar Chavez to escape the harassment by an propaganda hate group. The hate group is believed to be responsible for putting swastikas and jewish stars made of tape on his front door. He would get death threats over the phone which he reported to police. He was the target of an assault were the perp threatened to shoot Scott Fistler. The perp was quickly taken off the street and admitted in court he assaulted and threatened to shoot Scott Fistler.

The many factors and reasons Scott Fistler chose the name Cesar Chavez.
Scott Fistler did not just change his name instantly he took many factors into consideration.
Fistler is a very spiritual man he believes in a balance of power and reason. He is catholic and so the story begins. Fistler went to St. Augustines catholic church in Phoenix when the filipino healing guru was to bless the people and heal them with his healing powers.  Soon it was Fistler's turn to see the blessed catholic guru. Fistler asked the guru he help heal him, a blessing was given. Nothing appeared to be happening at first but fistler was determined to believe he was healed by a higher power. He thought about how a catholic pope would change his name to reach a higher calling(1 point for changing name). So he thought about changing his name thinking the blessing would reviel it's self after the name change.

So came the task of carefully picking a name for god to channel his blessings through.

He first looked at the first name. The name he chose was Cesar it qualified in all the important areas.
The name Cesar in spanish is the original spelling of Caesar. The name was given as a military victory title in ancient Rome. Fistler was in the military after 9/11 . Fistler's first name is Scott which is the brand of popular consumer products(goggles, paper) . Cesar is also the name of popular brand of consumer products. Since Fistler has a chihuahua and wanted to honor his puppy king . Because Fistler loves his puppy he found himself reading a lot of Cesar Millan books and videos . Boxing is a favorite sport of Fistler's so he considered the name of boxer Julio Cesar Chavez.

Now came the part of picking a last name. Chavez was mainly picked because Fistler wanted a last name shared by a congressman from the past and found Dennis Chavez of New Mexico. Another factor was he had a friend named Santos Chavez who was running in the same city council race as him and was unfairly denied the right to run for office.  To Fistler it seemed like he had more things linking him to the name Chavez.

In general there are over 30 other people living in Phoenix with the name Cesar Chavez. Not one of these people named Cesar Chavez were ever sued by Alejandro Cesario-Reyes Chavez. Even crazier Alejandro Cesario-Reyes Chavez backed a candidate in the same race who also changed his name. The candidate changed his name to Ruben Gallego trying to fool voters into thinking he was a famous Russian writer Ruben Gallego who was born disabled as an apparent attempt to garner sympathy. Ruben Gallego first told the press he changed his name because he hated his dad for turning him into a bastard at age 11. The problem with that story is he still kept his dads last name as his middle name. That would be like Luke Skywalker having the middle name Darth Vader. What kind of person would be willing to throw his own dad under the bus just for a cheap excuse to change his name just to run for office? Sounds like the kind of person who would throw a fellow veteran under the bus, a veteran named Cesar Chavez.  The long time Democrat Mary Rose Wilcox even thinks Ruben Marinelarena Gallego is a fraud. Listen people if even Mary Rose Wilcox didn't know ruben changed his name back in 2008 then maybe Ruben wasn't as open an honest as the media suggests. Ruben hired a lawyer to legally change his name so why was his former name not spell right on the name change form so people could easily find it? The truth is Ruben did not want anyone to know he changed his name because then they would know he is a rich little frat boy from Harvard. Also even more people with different versions of the name Cesar Chavez live in the area. The last name Chavez is very controversial, both loved and hated in the U.S.A. The last name seemed fair, safe, neutral and very common.

2014 Campaign Start
On December 23, 2014 Scott Fistler changed his name to Cesar Chavez. Chavez was the first candidate to register to run in the 2014 AZ-CD-7 race. About three months before Ed Pastor announced his retirement. Around April of 2014 the media started buzzing around Cesar Chavez in a frenzy. It all started on CNN announcing Cesar Chavez running for U.S Congress before announcing the reinsurgency in Iraq. Two other candidates in the race who felt entitled to the congressional seat started to panic.

2014 CAMPAIGN CHALLENGE LAW SUIT
The Director of the Democrat Party Headquarters DJ Quinlan (an elitist)(self proclaimed geek)was in panic mode. He was frantically holding secret
meetings inviting his brain trust over trying do figure out a way of getting Cesar Chavez(main target) and two other candidates out of the election through law suits. The two other candidates who recieved campaign challenge law suits were Randy Camacho, and Johnnie Robinson. DJ Quinlan didn't care about the voters having a fair choice, he only wanted to control the election.
Allegedly DJ Quinlan had bribed some Maricopa County Election Workers to make Cesar Chavez's voter registration disappear. Then DJ Quinlan had Alejandro Cesario-Reyes Chavez to file a lawsuit against Cesar Chavez. Major media outlets reported like Washington Post, Reuters, Mediaite, Newsmax, UPI, Latino Fox News, Latin Post, AZ Central,  Alejandro Cesario-Reyes Chavez also held a press conference with only two people standing in the backgound. He talked about how he felt Cesar Chavez was frauding the public and wanted to have Cesar Chavez thrown in jail for identity fraud. Alejandro Cesario-Reyes Chavez said people that use his grandfathers name or ride his coatials for personal gain will fail. The problem with Alejandro's claim is that his grandfathers full name in Cesar Estrada Chavez not Cesar Chavez. That is exactly what name changing Ruben Gallego was doing, he was doing a fake march photo op with Dolores Huerta. His political affiliate Nowakowski was on the Cesar Chavez Foundation Board pushing Gallego's name like crack. Ruben Gallego even went so far as to write he loved the Cesar Chavez movie on his website. Now back to the Chavez v.s Chavez Campaign challenge lawsuit. The charges were 1. Cesar Chavez did prove in court that his name is legally Cesar Chavez. Alejandro Cesario-Reyes Chavez's claim that Cesar Chavez was trying to fraud the public was proven false.  The charge of not being registered as a democrat before the signatures were collected was proved to be false.  The one charge dealing with the 700 signatures claimed to be invalid at the time and was going to be appealed by Cesar Chavez. At the end of the court hearing Cesar Chavez asked Judge John C. Rea what the deadline was to appeal the invalid 700 signatures and he said the 27th. Hundreds of people heard the Judge say the 27th even reported on the news. When Cesar Chavez went to the superior court to file the appeal the court rejected the appeal stating the 25th was the actual deadline. When the media was asking the judge why he lied he had no comment and stayed silent. Allegedly Judge John C. Rea was part of the conspiracy to get Cesar Chavez out of the election. Allegedly Judge John C. Rea lied to Cesar Chavez because the judge was part of the conspiracy there was no misunderstanding.  Cesar Chavez appeared jacked up and out of character because he really thought they were going to throw him in jail. When Cesar Chavez was 14 he witnessed his neighbor get arrested for a murder he did not commit and was thrown in jail for life only to be found not guilty a while later after the miracle of DNA science. His (Cesar Chavez's) mom was calling him on the phone and crying and thinking because of what Alejandro Cesario-Reyes Chavez said on tv and the dishonest system was finally going to throw her veteran son in jail.  The people of phoenix were angry with the election system and protesting in support of Cesar Chavez
People you need to understand this was a serious threat taking these factors into consideration. The  Phoenix city council candidate Jeffery Brown was taken into custody based on a mistaken identity.
